Solventum is seeking an Infection Prevention Specialist, Peri-op, to drive territory growth across Detroit and Grand Rapids, MI. The role emphasizes customer support, relationship building with clinicians and economic stakeholders, and expanding NPI utilization.

Travel up to 50% is expected; candidates must have a valid license and a proven sales background within healthcare, with CRM experience (Salesforce). The position is remote with field-based sales responsibilities in the Midwest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years in relevant environment or HS diploma with 6 years of experience in relevant field.
• Current and valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in sales training and CRM usage helpful.

Responsibilities

• Account and territory management to deliver sustainable growth.
• Use data and analytics to inform business planning.
• Maintain sales call data utilizing Salesforce.com.
• Identify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities.
• Leverage hospital networks to identify expansion opportunities.
• Drive contract compliance and standardization opportunities.
• Support conferences, trade shows and symposiums.
