Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2 years of sales/clinical experience, or high school plus 4 years of sales/clinical experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Current, valid Driver’s License and willingness to use personal vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as infection prevention advisor to hospital stakeholders in peri‑operative and patient care areas.
• Drive account growth and territory management to meet sales targets.
• Use data and analytics to inform business planning and decision making.
• Identify and address customer priorities and constraints in clinical and financial terms.
• Collaborate with distributors and clinicians to expand product adoption and drive standardization.
