Solventum is seeking an Infection Prevention Specialist, Peri-op to drive territory growth across Detroit/Grand Rapids, MI. You will manage accounts, leverage data for planning, and maintain Salesforce-driven call data while partnering with hospital networks to expand our portfolio.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in relevant roles, a valid driver's license, and a proven track record in field-based product adoption with strong relationship-building skills across clinical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree AND minimum 2 years in a private, public, government or military environment.
• High School Diploma/GED AND minimum 6 years in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Current and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Account and territory management to deliver growth against targets.
• Use data and analytics to inform business planning.
• Maintain sales call data using Salesforce.
• Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities.
• Collaborate with hospital networks to identify expansion opportunities.
• Support conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.
