Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Infection Prevention Specialist, Peri-op, to drive territory growth across Ann Arbor, MI and surrounding regions. This field-based role requires strong relationship building with surgeons and clinical stakeholders, plus the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and data-driven planning.

You will manage a remote sales territory, deliver in-service and education, utilize Salesforce for CRM, and collaborate with distribution partners to expand NPI utilization while

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a private, public, government or military environment.
• High School Diploma or GED with 6+ years in related environment.
• Current and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Account and territory management to deliver growth and meet quotas.
• Use data and analytics to inform business planning.
• Maintain sales call data in Salesforce.com.
• Identify and solve customer priorities and constraints.
• Engage hospital networks to identify expansion opportunities.
• Persuade key stakeholders to adopt proposed solutions.
• Manage relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Increase mix of NPI utilization.
• Collaborate with distribution partners on tactics and programs.
• Provide in-service education and product support as needed.
• Support conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.
