Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Infection Prevention Specialist, Peri-op, to drive territory growth and strong customer relationships in a remote role across the US. The candidate will leverage clinical value drivers and existing hospital networks to expand NPI utilization and ensure contract compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years in relevant settings or 6+ years with a HS diploma, plus a valid driver's license. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; minimum 2 years in relevant environment or 6 years with HS diploma.
• Current and valid driver's license.
• Experience in OR/peri-op sales and clinical value drivers.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce; strong data & analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage account and territory to deliver growth based on targets.
• Use data analytics to inform business planning and forecast.
• Maintain Salesforce call data and complete planning requirements.
• Engage clinicians and economic stakeholders to drive adoption and value.
• Support conferences, trainings, and product education.
• Collaborate with distribution partners to align on programs.
