Draeger seeks a Perioperative Sales Executive to lead the anesthesia portfolio across North Texas and Oklahoma, with a preferred home base in the Dallas area. You will own the full capital-sales cycle for high-acuity OR infrastructure including workstations and related solutions.

The role requires strategic territory planning, clinical workflow knowledge, and strong relationship-building with hospital leadership. Travel up to 60% is expected and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Five years of sales experience in a related field; clinical sales or applications in OR/Anesthesia is a plus.
• Experience selling into complex hospital systems/IDNs.
• Clinical OR/Anesthesia exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive capital sales for the Anesthesia portfolio across North Texas & Oklahoma.
• Own full capital sales process: prospecting, qualification, demonstrations, value-based selling, proposals, contract close.
• Develop territory business plans and funnel forecasts; align with Area Sales Director.
• Build relationships with Chiefs of Anesthesiology, Perioperative leadership, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Service, and Clinical Education for a superior customer experience.
• Provide post-sale support and drive system-wide initiatives.
