Job summary

Draeger, Inc. is seeking a Perioperative Sales Executive to lead capital sales for anesthesia care across North Texas and Oklahoma. The role targets OR, anesthesia, and perioperative workflows, with a home base in the Dallas area and remote work options.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in capital equipment sales, experience with complex hospital systems, and strong consultative selling skills. A BS/BA is required; MBA is a plus. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Five years of sales experience in related field.
• Experience selling into complex hospital systems and IDNs.
• BS/BA in business or related field; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Perioperative (Anesthesia) Care portfolio across North Texas & Oklahoma.
• Own the full capital-sales process for anesthesia solutions in OR, anesthesia, and perioperative areas.
• Develop territory plans, account-level strategies, and quarterly funnel forecasts.
• Build relationships with Chiefs of Anesthesiology, Directors of Surgery, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Conduct clinical demonstrations and coordinate with Draeger clinical specialists.
