Job summary

Dräger is seeking a Perioperative Sales Executive to drive the Anesthesia Care portfolio across North Texas and Oklahoma, with a preferred base in the Dallas area. You will own the full capital-sales cycle for high-acuity OR infrastructure, working with anesthesia workstations, monitoring, and related services.

The role requires expertise in perioperative workflows, strategic account planning, and executive-level engagement with IDNs.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business or related field; MBA a plus.
• Five years of sales experience in related field; clinical sales or applications experience with OR/anesthesia is a plus.
• Operating Room, Anesthesia or Perioperative exposure (commercial or clinical) preferred.
• Experience selling into complex hospital systems/IDNs; travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned order and revenue quota for the Perioperative (Anesthesia) Care portfolio across North Texas & Oklahoma.
• Drive the capital sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure with value-based selling.
• Develop relationships with Chiefs of Anesthesiology, Directors of Surgery and Perioperative leadership.
• Create territory business plans, account penetration strategies and quarterly funnel forecasts.
