Job summary

Draeger, Inc. in Des Moines, IA is seeking a remote Sales Executive to cover Minnesota, Iowa, North & South Dakota. You will manage all sales activities for Hospital, Consumables and Accessories within the defined territory, build strong customer relationships, and drive to close while meeting quota.

This role requires travel up to 80% within a broad Midwest region. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in strategic, complex sales in healthcare, lives in the territory, and can develop product value

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business or related field; MBA a plus.
• 3+ years of sales experience in a related field; Clinical sales or applications experience with product a plus.
• Experience in a strategic and complex selling environment preferred.
• Must live within the covered territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales activities and manage the order quota for Hospital, Consumables and Accessories within the defined territory.
• Own and nurture the relationship between Draeger and the designated customer.
• Develop and demonstrate product value to clinical/technical customers; quote and close deals.
• Drive the sales cycle from qualification to close and ensure quota attainment in all categories.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Service, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-up.
• Travel up to 80% as required.
