Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution, with a focus on Meta advertising.

You will manage a portfolio of clients, lead bi-weekly calls, and translate data into actionable recommendations to drive lead generation and appointment bookings. You’ll report to the Associate Director of Operations and be accountable for client results, retention, and growth, including calendar integrations, tracking setups, and

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience simultaneously managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy and priorities.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
