Job summary

Clients Blackbox is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You’ll manage Meta campaigns, bi-weekly calls, and performance reports, translating data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.

You’ll report to the Associate Director of Operations and drive retention, renewals, and referrals while handling multiple accounts with precision.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience simultaneously managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Solve account issues proactively to support stability and growth.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust based on cost-per-appointment and other metrics.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop strategies to improve results.
• Test audiences, messaging, and creative for stronger performance.
• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
• Resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
• Proactively monitor tracking and lead flow to prevent issues affecting results
