Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution, with a focus on Meta advertising and lead generation.

You will manage relationships, drive campaign performance, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations, coordinate bi-weekly client calls, and contribute to reporting, messaging, and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a strong Meta focus.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and lead client-facing conversations.
• Proven track record of achieving performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and be the primary client contact.
• Lead bi-weekly calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and conversion events.
