Job summary

Clients Blackbox is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution, with a hands-on focus on Meta advertising and lead-generation campaigns. You will manage relationships, bi-weekly client calls, and performance reporting while optimizing campaigns for measurable outcomes.

The role reports to the Associate Director of Operations and emphasizes accountability for client results, retention, and growth across a growing agency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on paid media experience
• Experience managing multiple client accounts
• Proven ability to meet performance targets while retaining clients
• Experience with conversion tracking and pixels

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and be the primary contact
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance and strategy
• Prepare and send performance reports 24 hours before calls
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients
• Build Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment bookings
• Monitor budgets and adjust bid strategies to optimize cost-per-appointment
