Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist to own a portfolio of client accounts from strategy through execution.

You’ll manage Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointments, lead bi-weekly client calls, and translate data into clear recommendations for non-technical clients. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you’ll drive performance, monitor results, configure tracking with Meta pixels, Calendly, and Zapier, and ensure strong relationships that

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Manage Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Set up tracking and conversion events, including Meta pixels.
• Configure Calendly integrations and Zapier automations for lead routing.
