Job summary

Receptive, Inc. is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own day-to-day paid acquisition for Top Nutrition Coaching. You will manage budgets, bids, audiences, and landing pages to drive growth while meeting CAC targets.

Directly responsible for strategy and optimization across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Bing in a remote-US setting. You'll test and optimize campaigns with a data-first mindset, partnering with design for creative testing and with our data team for robust attribution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in performance/growth marketing with real depth in Google Ads.
• You have hands-on Meta and TikTok ads experience and personally manage spend.
• You have DTC experience in health/wellness or regulated categories.
• You make data-driven decisions and run rigorous tests.
• You understand attribution and test results to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, execution, and daily optimization across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Bing.
• Balance budget pacing and CAC against monthly new-client goals.
• Own landing page CRO and a full-funnel testing roadmap.
• Drive creative testing velocity with design and document insights.
• Partner with data team on event tracking and durable attribution.
