Salve.Inno Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join its Growth team. You will own and optimise high-budget paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram and Reddit, with a strong focus on CAC, CPA, ROAS and LTV.

The role is execution-focused in a fast-paced, international remote environment, offering a B2B contractor engagement and opportunities to scale across markets.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition or media buying.
• Proven experience launching, managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns.
• Direct control of at least $300,000 in monthly advertising spend.
• Strong track record of improving CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV or payback.
• Experience in B2C customer acquisition, especially subscription apps or similar.
• Direct ownership of creative testing strategies and decisions.
• Understanding of performance marketing economics and profitability.
• Experience analyzing campaign data for improvements.
• Ability to show personal contributions to optimization and growth.
• Strong analytical thinking and results orientation.
• Experience scaling campaigns across platforms.
• Ability to work independently with large budgets.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, international remote environment.
• Willingness to work under a B2B contractor agreement.

• Launch, manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns.
• Own substantial monthly media budgets and allocate across campaigns.
• Develop and execute scalable B2C growth strategies.
• Monitor CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV and payback outcomes.
• Lead creative testing and decide what to test, scale or discontinue.
• Run high-volume testing programs to uncover profitable opportunities.
• Scale successful campaigns across platforms and markets.
• Optimise conversion funnels and subscription journeys.
• Analyse funnel and cohort economics to guide decisions.
• Allocate budgets by performance and growth priorities.
• Resolve delivery challenges and platform restrictions when needed.
• Use attribution tools to measure performance.
