Job summary

Receptive is a remote-first company hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own Top Nutrition Coaching’s paid acquisition, daily budget decisions, and testing roadmap. You will manage channels, creative, landing pages, and measurement to drive new client growth while balancing efficiency and scale.

The role reports to the VP of Marketing and requires deep hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok, plus a data-driven approach to CAC, tests, and attribution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in performance marketing with hands-on Google Ads, Meta and TikTok experience.
• DTC experience in health/wellness or regulated/insurance-adjacent categories is a plus.
• Strong budget pacing, bid management, testing discipline, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Bing.
• Manage budget pacing, CAC targets, and daily optimization to balance scale and efficiency.
• Lead landing page CRO and full-funnel testing including AI-assisted page builds with compliance in mind.
