Receptive is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to lead Top Nutrition Coaching’s paid acquisition day-to-day. You will own Google, Meta, TikTok, and Bing campaigns, optimize spend, and manage CAC targets while driving new customer growth.

You’ll test landing pages and messaging with a rigorous, data-driven mindset. This remote-first role offers a base salary of $130,000-$150,000 and comprehensive benefits for US-based employees.

Formación

• 3–5 years in performance/growth marketing with hands-on spend across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
• Experience in DTC health/wellness or regulated categories.
• Ability to manage pace, seasonality, and budget risk.
• Data-driven decision making; diagnose funnel signals before changing creatives or bids.
• End-to-end AB tests including landing pages and pricing.
• Strong attribution knowledge: platform-reported, modeled, and self-reported.
• Creative direction: brief concepts, guide UGC and partnerships.
• Understanding of CAC, LTV, payback, and contribution margins.
• Clear communication with non-marketers and leaders.
• Comfort with AI workflows and Claude Code for pages and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Bing with strategy and daily optimization.
• Manage daily budget pacing to meet blended CAC targets and new-client goals.
• Lead landing page CRO and funnel tests from ad to quiz completion.
• Build a testing roadmap for landing pages and use AI-powered page building.
• Drive creative testing velocity with design teams and documentation of insights.
• Own reporting for paid new clients, CAC, and funnel conversions.
• Partner with data team on event tracking and attribution.
• Assess view-through conversions and cross-channel impact in a compliance-heavy environment.
