Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead (User Acquisition) based in the United States. The role owns paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and AppLovin, scaling performance and profitability while managing large advertising budgets.

You will design data-driven experiments, leverage attribution tools, and collaborate with creative and marketing teams to optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV across international markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or user acquisition.
• Hands-on experience planning and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and AppLovin.
• Experience managing large ad budgets and scaling campaigns for profitability.
• Strong knowledge of CAC, ROAS, LTV, attribution models and payback periods.
• Familiarity with mobile measurement/attribution tools like AppsFlyer or Adjust.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and others.
• Allocate ad budgets based on CAC, ROAS, LTV and payback targets.
• Monitor campaigns, funnels, and cohorts to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Design experiments across audiences, bids, landing pages, and creative formats.
• Collaborate with creative/marketing teams to test concepts and improve performance.
