Jobgether is seeking a Performance Marketing Partner to drive profitable growth by combining paid acquisition, website monetization, and data-driven optimization. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms, prioritizing profitability and ROAS while identifying high-impact opportunities for scaling.

You will own website monetization experiments, AI-assisted content and ad creatives, and maintain human oversight to ensure quality.

Competenze

• Hands-on paid traffic management across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong grasp of ROAS, revenue, and profitability metrics.
• Ability to design and run performance-based experiments and optimizations.

Mansioni

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Search & Discovery, Meta Ads, and others.
• Monitor ROAS, profitability, and scale high-performing campaigns while reducing spend on underperformers.
• Analyze monetization metrics like Session RPM and Page RPM to grow revenue per user session.
