Jobgether is seeking a remote, freelance marketing professional to plan, launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google/YouTube and TikTok. You will drive podcast growth through subscriptions, views and newsletter signups while generating revenue from premium dossiers and partner offers.

You will test audiences, formats and budgets, monitor results with tracking, and continuously optimize ROAS.

Formación

• Experience planning, launching and optimizing paid campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Proven data on cost per subscriber, cost per lead, conversion rate, ROAS.
• Strong understanding of targeting, testing, budgeting, tracking and attribution.
• German language skills—written and spoken—are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, launch and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and TikTok.
• Grow podcast metrics: subscribers, views, and newsletter signups.
• Generate revenue via campaigns for premium research dossiers and partner offers.
• Test audience segments, ad formats, messages, and budgets.
• Monitor campaigns and pause/scale based on performance results.
• Leverage podcast episodes, trailers and clips in advertising.
• Set up tracking to measure performance, conversions and revenue attribution.
• Optimize campaigns to reduce CPC/CPA and improve ROAS.
• Start with small test budgets and scale toward monthly target budget.
• Provide concise monthly reports on costs, growth, subscriptions, and revenue.
• Collaborate with the podcast host to align advertising strategy with business goals.
