Job summary

Headlight Labs, LLC is seeking a Performance Marketing and User Acquisition Specialist to manage and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and more. The role requires an analytical yet creative mindset and a passion for data-driven decision making to maximize client ROI.

You will own channel-level execution, collaborate with a growth manager and director, and drive audience segmentation, creative testing, and reporting for a diverse client portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years proven experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions using Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own channel-level execution and strategy, collaborating with growth manager and director to deliver strong growth for client portfolios.
• Execute and manage paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Conduct audience segmentation, creative testing, and experimentation to improve performance.
• Monitor CPA, ROAS, and other metrics, implementing optimizations to meet client goals.
• Communicate insights and recommended next steps to clients with clear explanations of why changes are needed.
