Jobgether is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead, Performance (Contract) based in the United States to join a remote growth team focused on scalable, data-driven acquisition. You will manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and more, while driving AI-powered automation and measurable downstream conversions.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing, ownership of large ad budgets, and experience with GA4, GTM, and offline conversions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on growth and performance marketing experience at a fast-growing company or growth agency.
• Personally managed at least $1 million in cumulative advertising spend across 4+ platforms.
• Strong Google Ads expertise across Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, and remarketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta advertising and LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms.
• Familiarity with GA4, GTM, offline conversions, and analytics tools.
• Independent execution with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day campaign execution and a structured experimentation program.
• Manage paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Microsoft Ads.
• Lead AI-native marketing operations and innovative workflows.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
• Measure experiments with confidence intervals and log learnings for shareable insights.
• Optimize downstream conversions and feed CRM milestones from ads data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align acquisition with business priorities.
• Audit tracking and reconcile ad data with CRM and analytics sources.
• Deliver weekly spend and outcomes reports with actionable next steps.
• Identify opportunities to test new channels and adjust budgets accordingly.
