Job summary

EverAI Limited is a fully remote growth-focused AI company seeking a senior performance marketing lead to own paid media across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and ASA. You will build scalable funnels, analyze AIS metrics, and drive fast experimentation with the CMO.

You’ll optimize landing pages, manage budgets from $300K to $1M+/month, and own reporting dashboards to guide strategic shifts. English fluency is essential for cross‑team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts: write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate fast.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.
• Past exposure to subscription models and CAC/LTV frameworks.
• Experience in sensitive or regulated verticals (e.g. dating, femtech, telehealth).
• Strong communication & collaborative skills (fluently English).

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) with room to expand.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels from execution to iteration.
• Run high-velocity testing loops to improve CAC and LTV.
• Monitor performance daily using Voluum, GA4, and dashboards.
• Drive decision-making via CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort analyses.
• Create reporting frameworks guiding strategic shifts.
• Own creative briefs and collaborate with content/product teams.
• Improve landing pages and funnel conversion through testing.
