Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant industry experience with analytical, operational, or revenue management principles.
• Travel up to 20% as required.
• Advanced proficiency with computer and technology tools and data analysis systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of up to 30 stabilized communities, reviewing daily rent pricing to align with revenue objectives.
• Lead performance calls with Community Managers and Regional Managers to evaluate pricing and settings and implement adjustments.
• Serve as the primary contact for pricing and ILS discussions with clients and operators.
• Analyze asset performance and present insights during performance calls; deepen evaluations of underperforming properties and escalate as needed.
• Identify and recommend ancillary services and product opportunities to leadership for evaluation and potential integration.
• Develop and distribute monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Partner with the Performance Strategy leader to deliver insights and strategic recommendations.
• Conduct monthly reviews of exceptions and overall property performance, documenting improvement strategies for stakeholders.
• Maintain Asset Workbooks weekly and escalate risks when appropriate.
• Participate in weekly meetings to share insights and develop corrective action plans for underperforming assets.
• Coordinate property marketing updates with Corporate Marketing Support as needed.
• Lead onboarding and training for onsite teams on revenue management tools and workflows.
