Job summary

AMH is seeking a Revenue Manager to optimize pricing across regions using proprietary tools and BI platforms. You will work with Regional VPs, District Managers, and Leasing teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.

The role requires 3+ years in pricing/revenue management, strong analytics, and experience with Power BI/Tableau. Competitive compensation, bonus eligibility, and robust benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Pricing/Revenue Management in related industries.
• Experience with pricing software and BI platforms preferred.
• Strong Excel and analytics skills required.

Responsibilities

• Set pricing strategy for the assigned region using pricing tools and BI software.
• Collaborate with marketing, leasing, and operations to inform pricing.
• Monitor KPIs like renewal rates, days on market, and occupancy.
• Serve as SME for revenue analytics across departments.
• Contribute to development of pricing platform and processes.
• Create reports on leasing, inventory, pricing anomalies, and renewal performance.
