Qualifications

• United States Citizen required.
• Must possess a Public Trust or DoD clearance with ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret.
• Security+ certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst focused on PeopleSoft.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft modules and configuration tools.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on Systems Analyst experience.
• Experience configuring and customizing PeopleSoft applications is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for PeopleSoft and Oracle platforms.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Assist teams to configure and customize applications to align with needs.
• Design and document system architectures.
• Integrate software solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure reliability and accuracy of solutions.
• Investigate and resolve issues in PeopleSoft applications and provide timely support.
• Work with technical teams to address post-implementation challenges.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions for PeopleSoft system management.
