Atlas Technologies, Inc. is looking for an Oracle/PeopleSoft Database Administrator to enhance our IT team. This fully remote position involves designing and optimizing the PeopleSoft database for our HR systems. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, 5 years DBA experience, and a DoD Secret Level Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Possession of a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Level Security Clearance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle DBA.
• Familiarity with cloud-based databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and upgrade Oracle database software across AWS RDS environments.
• Ensure database reliability and integrity through automated monitoring.
• Develop backup strategies including RMAN and cross-region backups.
• Automate routine tasks using Python and shell scripting.
