Job summary

Bart & Associates, LLC is seeking a PeopleSoft Senior Developer to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. The role focuses on development, customization, and enhancement of PeopleSoft HCM modules within a classified environment.

The position requires developing and maintaining HCM modules, performing code reviews, ensuring secure coding, and assisting with testing, deployments, and production sustainment. An ACTIVE Top-Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field or 4 additional years of IT experience in lieu of a degree.
• Five years of experience as a PeopleSoft HCM developer in a classified environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM modules.
• Implement technical solutions supporting business needs.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Ensure compliance with secure coding standards.
• Support testing, deployments, and production sustainment.
