Job summary

Ladders is seeking a People Ops Process Transformation Lead to shape and improve the operating model behind People operations in a remote-capable role across the US. You will assess current processes, map workflows, and design future-state operating models with clear governance and measurable outcomes.

Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, you will drive simplification, standardization, and automation to enhance service delivery and employee experience while delivering tangible business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, HR, project management, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in People operations, HR service delivery, or related fields.
• Experience documenting and redesigning workflows in complex organizations.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to define success measures and evaluate impact using data.
• Experience creating high-quality operating documentation and governance materials.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an inventory of People Team processes and performance measures
• Lead assessments, workflow mapping, and root-cause analysis across People processes
• Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities based on business impact and team-member experience
• Design future-state processes with clear roles and success measures
• Recommend simplification, standardization, and automation of work processes
• Lead cross-functional operational programs from definition through implementation
• Create and maintain clear process documentation and establish governance for ongoing updates
