Jobgether is seeking a People Ops Process Transformation Lead in the United States to map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and lead multi‑team initiatives. You will drive automation, AI-enabled solutions, and scalable operating practices, working with HR, technology, analytics, finance, and business stakeholders to improve the employee experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, organizational effectiveness, HR, project management, or related field.
• Typically 5–7+ years of relevant experience in People Operations or related fields.
• Experience documenting, redesigning, and implementing end-to-end workflows in a complex organization.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with structured problem-solving and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience defining success metrics using quantitative data or qualitative feedback.
• Strong operational documentation, governance frameworks, playbooks, or SOPs.
• Background in consulting, continuous improvement, service design, or change management is valuable.
• Ability to move between strategic planning, tactical coordination, and detailed execution.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain an inventory of People Team processes and ownership.
• Lead current-state assessments, workflow mapping, and root-cause analyses.
• Prioritize transformation initiatives based on impact, experience, risk, and scalability.
• Design future-state processes with defined roles, handoffs, and success measures.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, or enable self-service.
• Partner with SMEs to validate solutions and translate objectives into changes.
• Lead cross-functional programs from planning to implementation with milestones and risks.
• Establish a streamlined program management framework for priority initiatives.
• Coordinate initiatives across People Operations, HR tech, analytics, and finance.
• Support HRIS replacement, service-channel improvements, automation, and readiness for new locations.
• Guide pilots and new processes through implementation, training, and handovers.
• Develop documentation, playbooks, and knowledge resources; maintain governance.
• Define baselines and track metrics related to friction, cycle time, quality, and adoption.
• Evaluate post-launch results and recommend improvements or broader rollout.
• Create reusable methodologies, templates, and tools for consistency across the People Team.
• Provide leadership with visibility into progress, risks, and business impact.
