Job summary

Mercury Insurance Company is seeking a Process & Operations Program Manager to build the operating system for People Operations, Tech & Analytics. You will map end-to-end workflows, inventory processes, and lead redesigns with practical implementation plans.

You will partner with Leaders to drive process improvement, scalability, and adoption, coordinating with HR Tech, Analytics and Finance while delivering measurable impact across the People portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitator who can align stakeholders with differing priorities.
• Experience documenting, redesigning, and implementing end-to-end workflows.
• Ability to move between strategic and operational levels.

Responsibilities

• Process discovery, inventory, and redesign across People processes.
• Lead cross-functional operational programs from definition through implementation.
• Establish a lightweight PMO rhythm with roadmaps and status reporting.
• Coordinate work across People Ops, HR Tech, Analytics, and partners.
• Lead pilots through implementation with training and enablement.
• Track adoption and outcomes with data to refine and scale.
