Job summary

Ladders is seeking a People Ops Process Transformation Lead to shape and improve the operating model behind People operations in a remote-capable role across the US. You will assess current processes, map workflows, and design future-state operating models with clear governance and measurable outcomes.

Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, you will drive simplification, standardization, and automation to enhance service delivery and employee experience while delivering tangible business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, HR, project management, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in People operations, HR service delivery, or related fields.
• Experience documenting and redesigning workflows in complex organizations.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to define success measures and evaluate impact using data.
• Experience creating high-quality operating documentation and governance materials.

• Lead assessments, workflow mapping, and root-cause analysis across People processes
• Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities based on business impact and team-member experience

• Lead cross-functional operational programs from definition through implementation
• Create and maintain clear process documentation and establish governance for ongoing updates

For our client, we are seeking a People Ops Process Transformation Lead to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape and improve the operating model behind People operations, with a focus on service delivery, workflow design, and governance. You will assess existing processes, identify opportunities to simplify and standardize work, and help create a more effective experience for employees and the broader business. The position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate process insights into measurable operational improvements. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $101,167 - $204,439 annually
