Qualifications

• 4+ years running HR processes and hiring pipelines.
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offers, HR policy, or performance-review materials.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated HR documents, spreadsheets, and slides.
• Draft and improve job descriptions, offer letters, compensation rationale, and HR policy handbooks.
• Develop and maintain headcount and compensation-band trackers.
