Job summary

Monzo is seeking a People Operations Associate to join our team for 12 months to provide caregiver cover during a period of leave. You’ll support core People processes and help ensure data accuracy as we roll out an HRIS implementation.

Based remotely, you’ll work with our People Operations team to design scalable workflows, audit data, and respond to internal queries, enabling a smooth employee experience across multiple EU countries and beyond.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HRIS implementations and workflow design.
• Ability to design scalable People Operations processes.
• Strong prioritisation skills to manage high volume queries.
• Excellent attention to detail for contracts and references.
• Excellent communication to be first point of contact for People matters.

Responsibilities

• Managing core people processes including employee changes, benefits, contracts, references, and leave.
• Auditing core people processes and data accuracy.
• Designing scalable People Operations workflows and supporting system migrations.
• Producing and updating documentation for people processes.
• Collaborating with People Partners Advisors, Reward squad, Hiring squad on People-wide projects.
• Answering general people queries from Monzonauts.
