Job summary

Monzo is seeking a People Operations professional to support a 12-month fixed-term caregiver cover. You will help keep core operations running while contributing to HRIS implementation projects and ensuring accurate data and compliance across the employee lifecycle.

You will design and optimize workflows to support growth across multiple EU countries, with strong emphasis on communication and customer service in a high-volume environment.
