HappyRobot in Madrid is seeking a People Operations Specialist to own onboarding end-to-end, run benefits and leave administration across all countries we operate in, and manage the day-to-day relationship with our PEO and EOR partners in the US, Spain, UK, EMEA, and LATAM.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years in HR, People Operations, or a generalist HR role at a tech company or fast-growing startup.
• Hands-on HRIS experience (Rippling preferred) and comfort learning new systems quickly.
• Breadth across onboarding, benefits, payroll, compliance and employee support.
• Comfort with international HR complexity across multiple countries.

Aufgaben

• Be the go-to for employee questions about benefits, payroll, policies, leave, and related topics.
• Own onboarding from offer to first day, including background checks and access coordination.
• Run benefits and leave administration across all countries we operate in.
• Manage day-to-day coordination with PEO for US, Spain, UK and with EOR partners across EMEA and LATAM.
• Keep HRIS (Rippling) clean and up-to-date with accurate data and status changes.
• Help build people programs, engagement initiatives, and policy updates as the function grows.
• Automate repetitive work using AI tools and Rippling workflows where possible.
