Job summary

UFORCE is a defence‑technology company aiming to make aggression unaffordable. Founded in Ukraine and headquartered in London, it operates across Europe, the US and Asia. This fully remote role is based in Ukraine or the EU and reports to the People Operations Lead.

You’ll support the employee lifecycle—answer questions, coordinate onboarding, handle verifications and background checks, and keep HR records accurate—while learning our systems and contributing to improvement projects.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in HR and/or Talent, with coordination and administrative responsibilities.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail; maintain trackers and documents accurately.
• Proactive approach to work: anticipate steps, follow up, escalate issues early.
• Clear, empathetic communication and a service mindset.
• Willingness to learn unfamiliar systems and processes; apply feedback.
• Good judgment with confidential information; know when to involve manager.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and digital HR tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day contact for employee questions and track requests.
• Coordinate onboarding with Talent, managers, IT to ensure readiness for day one.
• Handle employment verifications using established procedures with accuracy.
• Coordinate background checks and manage the provider platform.
• Maintain employee records in HR systems and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare routine employee documentation under guidance.
• Keep trackers and process guides current; flag delays or gaps.
• Contribute to lifecycle projects to improve workflows and documentation.
• Collaborate with People and Talent teams and cross-functional partners.
