Job summary

DealerOn, Inc. seeks a People Operations Specialist to facilitate HR processes, support employees, manage benefits, and assist with HRIS and office-related tasks. You will liaise with employees, management, and vendors to enhance the employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2 years of HR/benefits experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel/Outlook. This is a remoteUS position with a salary range defined by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years’ experience in human resources, benefits and/or recruiting required.
• Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize changing tasks and manage unexpected demands.
• HRIS experience; Rippling strongly preferred; proficient in Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new hires using HRIS and background screening software, verify I-9 documentation and maintain eligibility documentation.
• Maintain employee files and HRIS records, follow checklists to ensure all tasks are completed accurately.
• Conduct new employee orientation and educate on benefits and policies.
• Assist in projects such as HR events, benefits open enrollment, and employee communications.
• Administer benefit plans including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
