Job summary

Pearl Talent is recruiting a Remote People Operations Coordinator for a fast-growing US mental health practice. You will support onboarding, payroll inquiries, and benefits for 100+ clinicians and staff, coordinating credentialing and state-specific processes.

You will train staff on internal systems, join interviews for leadership roles, and ensure HIPAA-compliant record-keeping. This is a fully remote role with cross-state responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in HR coordination, people operations, or employee support.
• Working knowledge of US payroll, PTO, and benefits structures, with ability to escalate questions.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and offboarding, including document and compliance tracking.
• English at C1+ CEFR level and strong communication skills.
• Stable internet with backup connectivity or a backup location.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clinicians and staff on PTO, payroll, benefits, and onboarding questions.
• Coordinate clinician onboarding across multiple US states with varying licensing/credentialing.
• Track state-specific onboarding SOPs and checklists and train new hires on internal systems.
• Support the credentialing team in state-by-state payer credentialing and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with scheduling, cross-functional workflows, and onboarding/training for senior hires.
