Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in clinician support, practice operations, healthcare administration, or licensing/credentialing coordination.
• Exceptional communication with clinicians and internal partners.
• Strong relationship building across departments.
• Highly organized with attention to documentation and timelines.
• Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Self-directed and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid problem solving and analytical skills for cross-team escalation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for an assigned group of clinicians from onboarding to full integration.
• Build trust-based relationships and provide timely, professional operational support.
• Act as liaison between clinicians and internal teams for systems and changes.
• Promote clinician engagement and retention through proactive communication.
• Support execution of clinical and operational initiatives during workflow changes.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leadership, Onboarding, Licensing & Credentialing, IT, Scheduling, and others.
• Capture clinician feedback and inform continuous onboarding improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, milestones, and updates.
• Performs other duties as needed.
