Sailor Health is seeking a part-time Clinical Recruiter to support our growing clinical team. This remote role (USA) offers approximately 20-25 hours per week with flexible hours based on candidate flow and business needs.

You will screen resumes, conduct clinician interviews, assess fit, keep clinicians informed, and coordinate handoffs with the Provider Growth team to move candidates into offers and onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Screen: Review incoming resumes and applications to identify candidates worth advancing
• Interview & assess: Conduct clinician interviews and evaluate fit against rubrics
• Communicate: Keep clinicians informed and engaged throughout their journey
• Track: Own recruitment pipeline in ATS and keep statuses current
• Coordinate: Hand off candidates to offers/onboarding with Provider Growth team
