Job summary

Melita Group is seeking a People Operations Coordinator for a fully remote role. You will serve as HR liaison between Melita Group and client organizations, delivering comprehensive HR operational support across the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding.

The ideal candidate has a strong HRIS background (ADP, Paylocity, Rippling), solid compliance knowledge, and demonstrated ability to manage client relationships with high-touch service while driving scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years HR operations, HR generalist, or HR services experience.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now / Paylocity / Rippling for new hire entry, employee changes, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the People Operations contact for assigned client accounts.
• Lead and facilitate regularly scheduled client meetings, following structured agendas and tracking HR Ops items to resolution.
• Proactively identify HR risks or service gaps and escalate appropriately to leadership.
• Partner with the People Operations Manager in new client HR workflows and communications planning meetings.
• Participate in all phases of client implementation, ensuring HR operational readiness.
