Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in People Operations or HR-related roles.
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee transactions.
• Experience using ATS, HRIS, or HR technology.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive work across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, logistics, and candidate communications across hiring teams.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate required approvals using approved hiring and compensation information.
• Open, update, and close requisitions and maintain accurate candidate and hiring records in the ATS.
• Process employee transactions in the HCM, including new hires, employee changes, transfers, and terminations.
• Support onboarding and other lifecycle processes with complete documentation.
