Ladders is seeking a People Experience Lead - US to shape the US people agenda and provide senior-level generalist leadership across the full employee lifecycle in a remote environment.

You will partner with the Chief People Officer, squad leads, managers, recruiting, and credentialing teams to strengthen people programs, policies, and day-to-day support as the organization expands its clinic delivery business.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in generalist HR/People roles, including senior capacity.
• Hands-on experience with multi-state US employment regulations and practices.
• Experience supporting clinician populations in health systems or telehealth.
• Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders without direct management authority.
• Extensive knowledge across the employee lifecycle, including talent and performance management.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with discretion handling sensitive people matters.

For our client, we are seeking a People Experience Lead - US to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape the US people agenda and provide senior-level generalist leadership across the full employee lifecycle. You will partner closely with the Chief People Officer, squad leads, managers, recruiting, and credentialing teams to strengthen people programs, policies, and day-to-day support in a remote environment. The position also plays a key role in building culture, supporting clinician populations, and using people data to guide proactive decisions as the organization expands its clinic delivery business.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
