Job summary

CBRE is seeking a People Business Partner for the Remote USA role. You will support roll-out and communication of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures while aligning with CBRE’s People Strategy and Operations.

You will partner with managers on onboarding, succession planning and performance management, provide employee relations guidance, and help with investigations. Expect travel up to 40% monthly and adaptation to large facilities and airports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5–8 years HR experience or equivalent.
• Experience implementing onboarding, career ladders, succession planning and performance processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist roll-out and communication of HR initiatives, policies and procedures.
• Provide employee relations guidance and assist with disciplinary actions and coaching.
• Identify employment-related risks and assist with investigations and grievances.
• Manage HR functions for a business unit including labor relations and compensation.
• Conduct training on performance management, diversity and related topics.
