Job summary

CBRE is seeking a People Business Partner for a Remote USA role. You will assist with the rollout and communication of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures across the organization.

You’ll support onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, performance management, and employee relations. Travel up to 40% to sites and warehouses; weekly travel to be expected near major airports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5–8 years of relevant HR experience.
• Ability to exercise judgement based on multiple information sources.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Provide employee relations guidance and assist with disciplinary actions and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with managers to identify employment risks and support investigations and grievances.
• Manage HR functions for a business unit (employment, labor relations, compensation).
