Job summary

CBRE is seeking a People Business Partner to support the rollout and communication of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures across the People Strategy and Operations function. The role focuses on designing, executing, and monitoring HR programs and policies to drive organizational success.

You will partner with managers on onboarding, succession planning, performance management, and employee relations while delivering trainings and policy guidance. Occasional travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Provide employee relations guidance, conflict resolution, and assist with disciplinary actions and performance improvement counseling.
• Work with managers to identify employment-related risks and initiate investigations and grievances.
• Manage HR functions such as employment, labor relations, and compensation for a business unit.
