Job summary

CBRE is seeking a People Business Partner for remote USA engagement. This role supports rollout of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures within the People Strategy and Operations function.

You’ll assist with onboarding development, performance management, employee relations, training, and risk discovery, while traveling up to 40% and supporting fulfillment centers as needed. Strong analytical and MS Office skills required; compensation ranges align with market norms for a senior HR partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical ability with the capacity to analyze multiple sources of information.
• Experience exercising judgment and proposing new perspectives on solutions.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and related HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding development, career ladders, succession planning and performance management initiatives.
• Provide employee relations guidance and assist with disciplinary actions and performance improvement counseling.
• Collaborate with managers to identify employment risks and assist with investigations and grievances.
• Manage HR functions such as employment, labor relations, and compensation for a business unit.
• Conduct training on topics including performance management and diversity.
