Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Provide employee relations guidance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary action support.
• Collaborate with managers to identify employment risks and assist with investigations and grievances.
• Manage HR functions such as employment, labor relations, and compensation for a unit or line of business.
• Conduct training on topics including performance management and diversity.
